Singles, Pairs and Triples Six days from Thursday 23rd July 2020
--------------------------------------------
MAIN CHANGES TO COVID ARRANGEMENTS FROM THURSDAY 9th JULY ARE:-
• Triples are allowed as well as singles and pairs
• Spectators are allowed on balconies and greenside areas with social distancing
• Entrance by your key through the clubhouse hallway. The gate will be locked
• The foyer toilet will be available ( Disabled toilet, but available to able-bodied people)
• The first aid and defibrillator will be relocated in the foyer
• You will not be able to access any other part of the clubhouse, including the equipment shed. You must bring your own drinks. You must not use the toilet tap for drinking water.

Access to the green is via the main club house door. There is a hand sanitiser station outside of this door which must be used before opening the door with your club key. Players and spectators should then exit via the door to the green which can be left open while there are people on the green. The balconies and greenside areas of the club are now open for spectators, but 2 metres social distancing must be maintained at all times. Visitors are allowed as spectators, but must be accompanied by a club member (for admittance). The visitor book is temporarily suspended.

The disabled toilet is available for use but anyone using these facilities will be asked to wipe down all contact surfaces using wipes provided and to deposit these in bins provided. Wipes and bins will be located inside the toilet and also in the foyer. Players must wipe down any contact surfaces. The doors to the dining room and lounge will be locked and there will be a barrier in the corridor to stop access to the other toilets. There is a hand sanitiser station outside the door to the green and at various other locations around the green. Players must use these frequently, especially when re-entering the club to use the toilet. The last person off the green must close the door to the green.

You must observe the strict “COVID-19 RULES FOR PLAY”, which are found in Downloads on the website, and will be displayed in the entrance hall of the clubhouse.

Three rinks on the green are available for six days, for 90-minute PRE-BOOKED slots:
Monday: 12.00 -19.30
Tuesday: 10.00 - 19.30
Wednesday: 10.00 -19.30
